My successful client are looking for a bright, enthusiastic telephone sales specialist with an interest in learning new skills and product knowledge so that you can help customers with their orders and queries as quickly as possible. My client uses a bespoke database, which you will receive full training on, that integrates with stock control and sales history to allow a quick and accurate response to telephone enquiries.
In order to be successful in this busy role you must have a good telephone manner, good command of english language both spoken and written, computer literate and numerate. You must be keen and willing to learn.
Due to the location of this role it is advisable that you have your own transport.
