Service Administration Manager
Salary from £25k - £30k plus pension, private healthcare with excellent career progression

Our client is a multi million pound provider of advanced building services solutions within commercial and industrial markets. Due to continued growth they are now seeking a Service Administration Manager to join their established and successful team.
You role will involve the running of the service department through the Scottish Region. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will carry out and take responsibility for all day to day management, work allocation/scheduling of approximately 15 service engineers; collation of report sheets; invoicing, ordering of materials and general organisation and administration.
To fulfil this role ideally you will currently be working within a supervisory position for a Maintenance or Building Services organisation. You will have working knowledge of the technical aspects of the engineers work with a strong background in organisation and man management, having developed your career from a hands-on maintenance position (from an Air Con/Heating/ Ventilation) now looking to progress to a managerial position. You role will require you to liaise with clients and staff on a daily basis.
