Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager you will manage and motivate Warehouse/Production staff, improving shift targets and implementing best practice industry standards. You will monitor team structures, assist the Shift Operations Manager with resource planning, monitor and agree KPIs, identify and deliver training programmes, monitor performance of shift activities, develop improvement plans, and cover for the Shift Operations Manager in their absence. You will also oversee Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Hygiene across the Team.

It is essential that you have experience of managing a team within a warehouse or production environment, and come from a fresh produce background. A good standard of education is also required (English and Maths GCSE Grade C +), excellent IT Skills (MS Word and Excel), and ideally a Health and Safety qualification.

There are four roles available, two working 7am-7pm (4 on, 4 off) and two working 7pm-7am (4 on, 4 off).
