This 2 Rosette property require an experience Chef de Partie who want to work within a quality establishment.

This establishment is looking for a hard working individual who can remain calm under pressure. Working as part of a small but dedicated team you will be used to working with the freshest of ingredients and be able to work to an eclectic menu that marries the old with the new.

You will be a dedicated, passionate and ambitious individual looking for a career opportunity, which will provide training and development. You must have excellent creative skills and be happy to assist senior chefs in the running of the kitchen from menu planning to training junior team members. You will have an extensive career to date and have experience at rosette level.

Reporting directly to the Head Chef

Qualifications/Experience required:
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in fine dining/brassiere as well as having worked in kitchens with a minimum of 1 AA rosettes. Volume experience would also be welcomed.
