This traditional pub set in the heart of the essex coastal line is looking for a chef to continue an already excellent reputation.

The establishments specialises in home cooked foood, with a lovely range of dishes on their menus which runs for both lunch and the evening.

They always use fresh produce and during the summer seasons can do over a 100 covers per night.

You must have excellent experience of working in a pub and be used to the fast pace of a very busy service.
