Our client is a 4 star Hotel, Golf, Country Club & Spa that has a 194 bedrooms styled as a resort hotel set in 320 acres of countryside. The hotel has 18 conference and banqueting rooms, including one of the largest exhibition arenas in the South East. The hotel offers some of the finest and most extensive leisure, health, beauty and sporting facilities in the region including football pitch, tennis courts, squash courts, gym and aerobics studio
We are looking for a golf and country club sales coordinator in order to drive our membership forward . This is a key role within the club and requires a highly motivated, and positive individual possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
The role is full time working 5 days in 7, flexibility is key with regard working hours. You will report in to our Country Club Manager
The role will involve:
Ensuring sales and membership opportunities are maximized by adopting
an innovative, proactive and hands on approach.
Contributing to the future business development and adding value to the Club’s membership.
Having complete knowledge of the membership packages, prices, treatments and services offered, and any appropriate promotions, in order to promote and sell to potential members
The right candidate will be a well organised person who can work as a team or on their own and
enjoy dealing with the public, with a desire to succeed. Previous experience within the leisure
industry is not essential as full training will be given, although previous sales experience is
desirable and a knowledge of gyms and/or golf is advantageous.
