Senior Personal Assistant
Chelmsford
£25-35k
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Personal Assistant to join a reputable Insurance company based in Chelmsford Essex. Please note that we are only able to contact people who fit the Clients criteria.
As the Senior Personal Assistant you will support a Divisional Manager who is extremely busy and hands on, so it is essential that you are able to work under pressure, adapt quickly and keep organised. My client is looking for someone with a professional and corporate attitude who has strong IT skills and good organisation and communication skills. It is essential that you have previous experience of working at this senior level and that you are used to working on a one on one basis.
The position involves a lot of project co-ordination work and research with the successful applicant effectively acting as the Manager’s right hand. Previous experience of the Insurance / Financial Services industry would be beneficial although this is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and experience;
• Graduate calibre, with a solid work history.
• A bright, personable and positive attitude.
• Be able to work closely on a one on one basis, but also autonomously.
• Experience of working in a varied environment with some element of project based work.
• We are looking for someone who is committed, will take pride in their work and make the role their own.
