We are currently looking for a Customer Services Manager to provide day to day supervision of our branch in Ipswich.
With a positive attitude and a proactive work ethic, you will be a customer focused individual from an Adjusting background. You will be able to juggle the supervision, training and mentoring of staff, and participating in the delivery of projects.
You will need:
Strong communication skills
To remain calm under pressure
To be customer focused
To have a proven track record in Loss Adjusting
To be able to co-ordinate a variety of actions concurrently
Experience of Loss adjusting and managing staff would be essential for the role.
